Quick answers for your first time at Peaceen Aberdeen or Lumley.
What do I need to bring to my first class?
A water bottle and a towel — grip socks are available at reception (Nle 30, or free with your first trial). Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and set up the reformer to your height.
Is there a dress code?
Close-fitting athletic clothing — leggings, a fitted top, and grip socks. Please avoid loose shorts and jewellery on the reformer, and tie your hair back.
What do drop-ins & private sessions cost?
Reformer group drop-in Nle 280 · Mat drop-in Nle 150 · Barre drop-in Nle 180 · Private 1:1 reformer Nle 650. Members book at no extra cost with 7-day priority booking.
Where do I park at Aberdeen?
Street parking is available on Congo Cross Road (free after 6pm and all weekend). On busy mornings please park along the kerb without blocking neighbours. Guests with limited mobility can use the small pad at the front of the building.
What is the late / no-show policy?
After a 5-minute grace period your spot is released to the waitlist. Members get 2 complimentary late-cancels per month. Repeated no-shows without notice may lock future bookings.
I'm pregnant or recovering from an injury — what should I book?
Please book a private 1:1 intro first so your instructor can tailor the session. Pre- and post-natal reformer is available by appointment, and we can accommodate most back and lower-body injuries privately.
Book a free intro session
Thirty minutes on the reformer with Mariama or a senior instructor — no pressure, just alignment. Bring a friend and get two intro slots for the price of one.
